The C4 Global Solutions' Executive Team brings decades of call center ownership and upper-level management from both domestic and international business platforms.
GREGORY A. CAPPA - President/CEO
Mr. Cappa started in the ARM industry in 1988 as an entry-level, collection agent. Over the next 20 years, Mr. Cappa rose through the ranks and in 2003 joined NARS as Executive Vice President. While partnering with Mr. Chris Buehrle, the pair grew NARS from 100 employees to over 3,500 in 7 sites world-wide. After being acquired in 2009 by a private equity firm, Mr. Cappa was promoted to Chief Operating Officer and became a shareholder of the company. In addition, Mr. Cappa was asked to serve as a member of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Cappa’s journey through the ARM/BPO industry has given him unique insight into each position within an ARM/BPO organization. Having worked in almost every position he currently manages, he has had a rare ability to motivate, develop, and partner with the people surrounding him and making his team strive for excellence.

CHRISTOPHER H. BUEHRLE - Managing Partner
Chris Buehrle began his success in 1993 as the founder of National Asset Recovery Services (NARS). Over the next 10 years, his team helped expand the operations to service a wide variety of clients, sites, and customer service needs.
With more than 20 years of domestic and international business experience, Managing Partner Chris Buehrle’s leadership has provided consistent strategies for successful growth and operational management. From work with a major telecommunication company to leaders in the national banking industry, his company’s diverse, client-focused programs were designed to accommodate anywhere from 20 to more than 3,500 customer service associates! GLEN D. MYERS - Managing Partner
Glen Myers comes to the C4 Global Solutions’ team with more than 35 years of proprietary business experience. After a little more than a decade as CEO/Owner of East Coast Credit, he successfully exited the business with a sale to Alliance One (Teletech) in 1999. Following his tenure as the company's Chief Operational Officer, Glen Myers became Founder and Managing Partner of KM2 Solutions, a leading BPO call center and accounts receivable management (ARM) company. With multifaceted investment, logistics, and consulting experience, his investment savvy and successful operational experience give C4 Global Solutions' clients big business strategies for growth and prosperity.
